Smart Sprinkler Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates getsmartsprinkler.com and provides sprinkler and irrigation services in Utah County, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our phone and text communications, and the service we perform at your property.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, service address, phone number, and email address when you request a quote, book service, or contact us by phone, text, web form, or in person.
• Service information. Notes, measurements, zone counts, photographs of the work area, estimates, invoices, and payment records relating to work performed at your property.
• Website information. Standard server and analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location, browser type, and referring site.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use your information

• To schedule, perform, and follow up on the service you requested.
• To send you appointment confirmations, technician-arrival notices, estimates, invoices, and receipts.
• To send seasonal service reminders — spring turn-on, mid-season tune-ups, and fall winterization, including freeze warnings.
• To answer your questions and provide warranty support.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Text messages (SMS) and your mobile number

If you give us permission, we send text messages to the mobile number you provide. You may give that permission by checking the consent box on our web form, by signing an estimate that carries the same disclosure above the signature line, by telling our office over the phone, or by texting START or JOIN to our number.

Message frequency varies based on the service you have scheduled and the season; most customers receive a handful of messages around each visit. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any service from us.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you will receive one confirmation that no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (801) 489-9629. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — scheduling and CRM software, our text messaging provider, and our payment processor — and only to the extent they need it to do that work. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with the sale of the business. We do not sell personal information, and we never share mobile numbers or SMS consent for third-party marketing.

How we protect and keep information

We limit access to customer records to the people who need them to schedule and perform work, and we keep service and billing records as long as needed for warranty, tax, and legal purposes. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store full card numbers — payments are handled by our payment processor.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information by calling (801) 489-9629 or emailing joe@getsmartsprinkler.com. We may need to keep records required for tax or warranty purposes.
• Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
