Questions about the instant quote
Is the number the quote tool gives me a real price?
It is a real price for the job you described, not a range. If the tech arrives and the job turns out to be a different job — a mainline leak under the valve box you booked a head replacement for — you get a written price for that before anything is fixed, and you can say no to it.
Does picking a time in the tool book the appointment?
No. You request a window and it goes to the office as a request. Somebody calls you back to confirm the day and the time before it goes on the schedule, so nothing is booked until you have spoken to a person.
What if my job is not in the tool?
